amiRNA Oligo Generator

Select the cloning vector, choose single or batch mode, and export either the text results or an IDT-compatible Excel order file.

The selected vector determines the oligo architecture and the output filename.
Use batch mode to generate a single downloadable file containing multiple amiRNA designs.
Spaces are removed automatically. U is converted to T.
Only A, C, G, T/U are accepted after normalization.
Accepted: .csv, .txt, .tsv
Accepted format: one design per line with three fields: name, amiRNA, amiRNA*.
Separators accepted: comma, tab, or semicolon.
Optional header allowed, for example: name,amirna,amirna_star.
